Host Site: Coastal Carolina University - Conway, SC
Festival Dates: February 21-23, 2025
Festival Vendor Times: Start at 12:00 PM Friday, Cleared by 1:00 PM Sunday
Number of Delegates: Approximately 950-990 (35-40 high schools)*​
*Attendance numbers based on 2024 Festival event.

Vendors and Sponsors must have a connection with theatre in any of the following areas: professional, technical, or school programs in theatre.
All persons attending the festival must be screened and cleared by a background check. Names of representatives for a vendor must be submitted to the festival administration before the first day of the festival.
Vendors will be allowed to set up at 12:00 PM on Friday, February 21.
All tables/spaces should be cleared no later than 1:00 PM on Sunday of the festival.

Vendors must provide:

Their own table coverings and display materials

Use of music must as part of their exhibit must not interfere with neighboring displays

Vendor Table (only): $150**
​
All vendors will be provided the following:

4x8 display area with one table and two chairs in the vendor exhibit area

Be listed as a Vendor in the festival programs (printed and electronic)

Discount Opportunity: $50 refund per workshop presented**

Vendor must fulfill workshop obligation after submitting a workshop proposal and having workshop accepted, scheduled and presented

Remote Vendor Opportunity: $75
If your organization is note able to attend the festival this year and would still like to be promoted, you can send promotional handouts/swag in advance of the festival weekend. These materials must be received by Friday, February 7 and will be displayed on a general vendor table (unsupervised), along with materials from other "remote vendors".
Additionally, your organization will be listed as a "Remote Vendor" in the festival programs (printed and electronic).​​​​
